EHF EURO 2024: Playing Schedule Released
Main Round Playing Times and Semi-Final Dates Confirmed
The European Handball Federation (EHF) has officially announced the playing schedule for the Men's EHF EURO 2024, which will be held from January 10 to 28 in Germany. The tournament will feature 24 national teams competing for the title and one Olympic quota spot for Paris 2024.
Main Round Playing Times
In the Main Round, the playing times will be as follows:
- 15:30 CET
- 18:00 CET
- 20:30 CET
Semi-Final Dates and Times
The semi-finals will take place on January 26, with the matches scheduled for the following times:
- 17:45 CET
- 20:30 CET
The semi-finals will be played at the LANXESS arena in Cologne, while the bronze medal match and final will be held at the SAP Arena in Mannheim.
Seedings and Draw Procedure
The seedings and draw procedure for the Men's EHF EURO 2024 will be announced at a later date. The draw will determine the composition of the eight groups for the Preliminary Round.
Qualification Process
The road to the Men's EHF EURO 2024 began with Round 1 of the qualifiers, which concluded in April 2023. The EHF EURO Cup 2024 also took place, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the Main Round of the EHF EURO 2024.
